Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp of Butter
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Segment of Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Red Pepper finely chopped
- 1 Green Pepper finely chopped
- 3 Ripe Tomatoes, Peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Hot Chilly Sauce
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- In a pan melt the butter and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes
- Add the garlic, the red pepper, the green pepper, the tomatoes and the Chilly Sauce
- Cover and boil at low temperature for about 15 minutes
- Add the Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper
- Serve warm or cold. Store in fridge covered
