Mexican Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp of Butter
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Segment of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Red Pepper finely chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper finely chopped
  • 3 Ripe Tomatoes, Peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Chilly Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and pepper
     

Preparation:

  1. In a pan melt the butter and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add the garlic, the red pepper, the green pepper, the tomatoes and the Chilly Sauce
  3. Cover and boil at low temperature for about 15 minutes
  4. Add the Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper
  5. Serve warm or cold. Store in fridge covered
