Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Baby Squid ( Foodpax )
- 2 Tbsp of Vinegar
- 1 Bay-leaf
- 5-6 Black Pepper Kernels
- Salt
- 2 Cups of Boiled Black Rice
- 1 Large Onion finely chopped
- 2 Segments of Garlic finely chopped
- ½ a bunch of parsley finely chopped
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
- Boil the Baby Squids in warm water together with the vinegar, bay-leaf salt and pepper for 10 minutes
- Once it has cooled down mix with the rest of the ingredients
- Serve in a Platter
- Garnish Platter with Lemon and Tomato Slices
