Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Prawns ( Kingfisher Black Tiger 10/20 Foodpax )
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 15 Cherry Tomatoes
- 15 Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- ¼ Tsp of Chamomile
- 1 segment of Garlic mashed
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Defrost the Prawns
- Wash the peppers, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms
- Cut the onion and peppers in equal pieces
- Alternatively pass on the skewers the prawns and vegetables
- Grill lightly on both sides
- Serve with rice and pour sauce over skewers
