Ingredients:
- 450g Boiled Green Lasagna
- 600g Grey Mullet Fillet ( Lithrini ) (Foodpax)
- 200g Cooked Peeled Shrimps ( Foodpax )
- 1 Tbsp of Cognac
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- Salt and pepper
- 5 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- 60g of Butter
- 2 Leeks cut in thin slices
- 120g of Flour
- 4 Glasses of Milk
- 100g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 100g of Grated Greek Hard Cheese ( Kefalotiri )
Preparation:
- Cut the Lithrini Fillet in small pieces and mix them with the cooked peeled shrimps, the cognac, the Lemon Juice, salt and pepper
- Melt the butter in a small pan and add the olive oil. Sauté the Leeks for about 2-3 minutes until they wither
- Add the flour and cook for about 2 minutes
- Add slowly the warm milk and stir until a thick sauce is made
- Add the Lithrini Fillet and the shrimps
- In a baking-pan make layers starting with lasagna and ending with cream
- In between add the mixture of cheeses which you grated earlier
- Add the final cheese on top and bake in the oven at 170°C until cheese has melted and a golden brown color has been made
- Serve Warm
