Grilled Red Snapper Fillet served with Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 650 g Red Snapper Fillet ( Foodpax )
  • Juice from 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ Tsp Of Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper                                                    
  • 1 Tbsp of Butter
  • 1 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Slices of Bacon finely chopped
  • 400g boiled Green Beans ( Foodpax )
  • 200g Tomato Cherries
     

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish fillet into portions and marinate in lemon, olive oil, thyme salt and pepper
  2. Place it in the fridge for 2 hours covered with cling film
  3. In a small pan sauté the butter, onion and bacon
  4. Add the Green Beans and cook for 2-3 minutes
  5. Add the Cherry Tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for another minute
  6. Serve the Red Snapper Fillet once it has been grilled on both sides
