Ingredients:
- 650 g Red Snapper Fillet ( Foodpax )
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 1 Tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Tsp Of Thyme
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp of Butter
- 1 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
- 2 Slices of Bacon finely chopped
- 400g boiled Green Beans ( Foodpax )
- 200g Tomato Cherries
Preparation:
- Cut the fish fillet into portions and marinate in lemon, olive oil, thyme salt and pepper
- Place it in the fridge for 2 hours covered with cling film
- In a small pan sauté the butter, onion and bacon
- Add the Green Beans and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add the Cherry Tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for another minute
- Serve the Red Snapper Fillet once it has been grilled on both sides
