Ingredients:
- 450g Tagliatelle
- 3 Tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 medium size onion
- 2 segments of Garlic mashed
- 1kg of Seafood Mix ( Foodpax )
- 3 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
- 4 Ripe tomatoes grated
- 1 Tsp of fresh finely chopped Basil
- ½ Tsp of Sugar
- 1 Cup of white dry wine
- 1 Small Cup of water
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
- Heat the oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft
- Add Seafood Mix and cook for five minutes
- Add the tomato paste, the grated tomatoes, the basil, sugar salt and pepper, the wine and water
- Stir and lightly boil for ten minutes until sauce sets
