Tagliatelle with Seafood Mix

Ingredients:

  • 450g Tagliatelle
  • 3 Tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 2 segments of Garlic mashed
  • 1kg of Seafood Mix ( Foodpax )
  • 3 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
  • 4 Ripe tomatoes grated
  • 1 Tsp of fresh finely chopped Basil
  • ½ Tsp of Sugar
  • 1 Cup of white dry wine
  • 1 Small Cup of water
  • Salt and Pepper

     

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft
  2. Add Seafood Mix and cook for five minutes
  3. Add the tomato paste, the grated tomatoes, the basil, sugar salt and pepper, the wine and water
  4. Stir and lightly boil for ten minutes until sauce sets
  5. Place the Tagliatelle in a large platter and pour sauce over
