Ingredients:
- 1 kg of Plaice Fillet ( Foodpax )
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- Salt and White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp of Butter
- 1 Onions finely chopped
- 2 segments of Garlic finely chopped
- 1 packet 450g Spinach
- 1 Small Cup of Fresh Cream
- 1 Tsp of fresh finely chopped Dill
- 3 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp of White Dry Wine
- 1 Tsp of Corn Flour
- 2 Tbsp of Fresh Cream
- Salt and White Pepper
Preparation:
- Defrost the Plaice Fillet and marinate in lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic and spinach
- Add the fresh cream, salt and pepper and heat on low for two minutes
- On each fillet add a table spoon of spinach, wrap the fillets and place them in a non-stick baking-pan which has been lightly oiled
- Cover the baking-pan with aluminum foil and place in oven at medium heat for 15 minutes
- In another small pan melt some butter and add Dill and Lemon Juice
- Mix the Corn Flour with the wine
- Finally in the corn flour and wine mixture add dill and lemon juice mixture then the fresh cream, salt and pepper mixture heat on low for two minutes stirring continuously
- Pour sauce over the Plaice Fillet and serve
