Ingredients:
- 1 kg of Cod Fillet ( Foodpax )
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 2 Tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and White Pepper
- 3 Tbsp of Butter
- 1 Leek cut in thin strips
- 2 Carrots cut into medium thin strips
- 1 packet 450g Artichokes ( Foodpax ) cut in thin slices
- 2 Tbsp of Ouzo
- 3 Tbsp of White Dry Wine
- 1 Cup of Fresh Cream
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
- Defrost the fish fillet, cut into individual portions and mix with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper
- Place in a tray in the oven cover with aluminum foil for about 15 minutes
- Melt the butter in a small pan. Sauté the Leek, carrot and artichokes
- Pour the ouzo in the pan and light it. When the flame dies add the wine, fresh cream, salt and pepper
- Boil on low heat for 5 minutes
- Pour sauce over the fish and serve with boiled potatoes
